Lover 03:29
Sleep my lover, sleep well, so many stories the moon can tell. Dream my lover, dream sweet. So many secrets that I will keep. For now I'll keep you warm. And I won't tell you that I am torn. I'll hold my tears and smile. Will make you happy for a little while Before I say goodbye. Cry my lover, don't cry. You will forget me as time goes by. Don't my lover, please don't. Look back then and I won't.

We were sleeping so long. waiting for the first sunlight We were dreaming alone, hoping for some warmer nights And one morning in spring, we knew our time had come, to step in to the unknown, the sun. Once we'll be autumn leaves in the wind, dancing our final dance Colorful we will fly, here ain't no second chance goodbye, goodbye, waving goodbye We learn sun and rain, are friends in their own ways. They help us to grow, during warm summer days. In mild summer nights, we dream about being free to go whereever we want, there's a big world to see And when winter comes, we will be long long gone, The tree remembers our names, our kids will be waiting for the sun.

Another day, I've worked to long. sit at your bed, sing you a song. You close your eyes, they look like mine I with I had spend way more time. Watch you grow... The memory of us dancing through the rain. A day at the sea, carving our names, into the sand and watch them fade away that's all that remains, all that remains, someday. Everyday you learn something new. And in you smile, my own shines through. Too many days I'm too tired to play. Too many times I hear me say wait another day.

The Moon 03:35
In my dreams, I call your name When I wake up, I feel the pain Your sheets are cold, I know you are with her, you left me alone, in the middle of nowhere And the moon rises tonight drowning me in pale, white light. And the moon she wont care. She just smiles about despair. You kiss my lips, I smell her perfume She comes in, when I leave the room. I hate myself, for loving you. I hate you more, for the things you do.
5.
Through the dark, through the night, through the space, a hint of light You looked for love, but you found pain you believe you won't love again The sun will rise, the winds will blow the rains will fall, don't you know. Your time is now. You're still here. There's nothing on earth, that you should fear. Through thunderstorms, through heavy rain, through the fog, you call her name You looked for love, but you found pain you believe you won't love again

Today I'll be quiet, I will take my time, To feel the world turning, and smell the sunshine. Today I won't hurry, I will stay here with you. Listen to you, smiling, whatever we'll do. We take it slow. I'm in love with you you know. I'll close my eyes ignore that time flies. Today I'll be waiting, for a moment to come. When everything feels alright, before the moment is gone. Today I'll be myself, and not a picture of me, painted by some strangers, today I want to be free.
7.
The Stage 03:31
An empty hall an empty stage. The lights go out one by one. I hear the echos in the dark of tragedy and drama long long gone. Although the courtain falls today, the show will go on, the show must go on. As I stare at the scene of what we've become, what have we done? A love once perfect and complete. Turned into a tragedy. We both played our parts so well. We were too blind to see...
8.
In a world of black and white I'm the shadow, you shine so bright In this world of ice and snow. I'm a cloud, you are the rainbow. You don't see me, no matter how colorful I'd be. You don't know me. But I know what we could be. You will see. In this world dark and light. you are the day, I am the night. In this world of sun and rain. You are the star, I have no name. I will write your name into the sky. I can teach you how to fly I will remember your name... again.
9.
Tragedy 03:06
I'm sleeping under the bridge, lying here on the street. Beg for a nickel or dime. Looking at thousands of feets... All the people pass by, sometimes they stare at me. Won't look me in the eyes, its not their tragedy. Alone all day long, crying silent at night. What brought me here I forgot. Some wiskey by my side.
10.
Never Forget 03:25
I know you're leaving now. But you'll be on my mind, everywhere you go. I know this ain't the end, you'll be in my heart. I want you to know. All the moments that we had, the good and the bad, I will never forget. I'll be sad when you're gone, I know you have to move on, I'm just glad that we met... Please don't turn around, to see me cry. When you walk your way. I will miss your smile, If I'd had a choice, I'd ask you to stay

about

This is our fourth album (after January, February and March) called "April". While we have only released the 12 best songs from the first three CDs as one compilation album called "Winter" here on Bandcamp, this is the full 10 tracks from April. Some songs are our "usual style" acoustic music and stripped down versions, we have played with some more electronic sounds for some of the other songs, in particular "Lover", "The Sun Will Rise" and "You Don't See Me".

about

JuneMay Munich, Germany

We met by accident when Carina recorded some songs with her new band (that was my old band) in my homestudio. Some years later, in 2012, when Carina's new band had become her old band, we decided to write and record music together. JuneMay was born. This is all about having fun to record our own songs and being creative. We hope you like it as much as we do. ... more
